PEER REVIEWERS

Peer review is the evaluation of work by people of similar competencies and knowledge, and functions as a form of self-regulation to uphold the integrity of the work being shared with the community. In other words, students are submitting to this journal, and you are also students. None of us are experts, and are all just trying to grow in our academic and professional development. We are not expecting perfection, but rather you use the resources we provide, do some reading on the topics you are reviewing, and become more knowledgeable from your time as a peer reviewer!
